4. Cookies and similar technologies

Necessary cookies are essential for the website to function (e.g. remembering your cookie preference) and do not require consent. They are stored for the duration necessary to fulfil their purpose.

Analytics cookies are only set if you actively accept them via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. Declining cookies will not affect your ability to browse the website, but may limit certain functionality.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We only share personal data with carefully selected processors who provide services on our behalf, under appropriate data processing agreements and solely for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Public authorities — where required by applicable law, such as tax or accounting obligations.

6. International data transfers

Some of our processors (such as Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. In such cases, the transfer is based on an adequacy decision (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, ensuring a level of protection equivalent to that guaranteed under the GDPR.

7. How long we keep your data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Contact form and inquiry data: up to 2 years from the last communication, unless a contract is concluded.
  • Contractual and billing records: for the duration required by Czech accounting and tax legislation (generally up to 10 years).
